Integrations with multifamily tech vendors enable apartment communities to move leasing operations online in record numbers
Campbell, Calif. – On-Site.com, the top provider of online leasing solutions for the apartment business, announced a key milestone for its flagship software solution: its software has achieved a record level of integration through partnerships with over two dozen leasing platforms and service providers.
On-Site built the real estate industry’s first listing-to-lease platform to allow apartment managers to accept online applications, qualify renters, generate personalized lease documents on the fly and invite new residents to electronically sign the lease documents. As the popularity of its services grew, On-Site met customer and renter demand by improving the user experience through integration development with other providers to minimize redundant work for communities.

Over the last three years, more than 90% of the screening results On-Site users processed were part of an overall integrated system with two or more complementary solutions—from a website’s online application and pricing engine, to payment processor, to lease document generation and execution, to accounting software ledger.
