As Regional Account Manager, Ranney will work as a client advocate, facilitating new client rollouts and building relationships with existing clients.
“Scott has worn many hats over the years, and in doing so, has perfected the art of developing and maintaining client relations,” said On-Site Director of Account Management Jen Sohenuick. “I am thrilled to have him join the team and look forward to working with him.”
Ranney brings with him over 13 years experience, serving in a variety of property management roles, from sales to customer service to account management. Ranney now brings his considerable expertise with him to On-Site.
“I’ve had a long career in various service roles so I’ve developed a client-focused mentality that will serve me well as I work to build client relationships and, ultimately build business for On-Site,” Ranney said.
Ranney comes from credit information provider TransUnion, where he spent the last two and a half years as an account specialist. Prior to TransUnion, Scott spent two years as sales consultant at Affordable American Insurance and almost nine years as customer service manager at screening provider CoreLogic SafeRent.
