Evergreen Apartment Group has a well-deserved reputation as an apartment industry tastemaker and technological trendsetter. The end result was a big data disconnect caused by a series of software providers that were not willing to play nice with each other. Applicant information didn’t transfer from one system to the next and the information that did carry over was incomplete and outdated.
