New and familiar faces set to boost business growth and lead account management programs at leading apartment technology firm
Mountain View, Calif. — On-Site.com, the top provider of online leasing automation for the apartment business, announced two key teammates that will focus on maximizing the success that customers enjoy with On-Site’s solutions.
Taking the reins as National Sales Manager is Monte Jones, a 15-year veteran in the multihousing industry. Monte most recently ran the sales group at RentPayment.com/Yapstone, a payment processor and integrated partner with On-Site. Between 2001 and 2010, Monte rose to become the Senior Vice President of Sales at First Advantage SafeRent, a resident screening provider, where he created a professional account management team, built one of the industry’s largest field sales and support staffs and oversaw the successful integration of six acquired companies. He joined SafeRent during its start-up days in Colorado.
Monte has recruited and trained both regional leadership and local personnel throughout his career. He will lead On-Site’s sales offices in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix and Austin.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, apartment managers know Regina Busciglio-Weinstein for her expertise and enthusiasm. She has served as a regional account executive since 2008 in one of the On-Site’s most successful markets. In her new role as Training Director, Regina will bring her product and industry knowledge to a larger audience and ensure that On-Site’s clients nationwide receive high quality service by developing training programs and facilitating strong implementation standards.
