AVMS taps expertise of On-Site sales veterans to share leadership lessons and insights with rental housing vendor professionals
Campbell, Calif. – On-Site.com, the top provider of online leasing solutions for the apartment business, is pleased to announce the selection of two of the company’s seasoned sales veterans to speak at the 2012 Apartment Vendor Marketing & Sales Conference (AVMS) conference. Presenting will be On-Site’s Monte Jones, Director of Sales; and Kathy Arsenault, Regional Sales Manager.
AVMS, a joint venture of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Joshua Tree Conference Group (JTCG), is a unique education event specifically designed to help suppliers refine their online business strategies to reach multifamily decision makers. The conference is scheduled for August 15 – 17, 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California.
Arsenault’s session, “Customer Relationship Management – Before & After the Sale” will be held on Thursday, August 16th from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. The panel, comprising Arsenault and speakers from Apartment Guide and Rainmaker LRO, will discuss customer implementation and ongoing training and support after the sale.
Jones’s session, “Top Ten Best Practices in Sales Management,” will be held on Thursday, August 16th from 2:15 – 3:15 p.m. In addition to Jones, panelists from Move.com and G5 will discuss how to evolve leadership skills and develop scalable strategies for managing a growing sales force.
“The majority of conferences in our industry are tailored towards providing owners and operators with best practices and strategies to improve their business by more effectively reaching prospective residents,” said Steve Lefkovits, co-producer of AVMS and principal of JTCG. “But we felt there was a lack of educational content for vendors and suppliers serving the multifamily industry. AVMS fills the void with two days of education sessions, networking opportunities and discussions about successful, leading-edge trends in online marketing and sales.”
