Addition of experts in apartment business technology a bridge to success in expanding On-Site’s product platform

Mountain View, Calif. – On-Site.com, the top provider of online marketing and leasing automation for the apartment business, announced the hiring of two experienced executives in its Silicon Valley headquarters.

The company welcomes Maria Mitchell, who was most recently the lead account manager at PropertyBridge, a provider of electronic payments for apartment managers and an integration partner with On-Site. Maria now serves as On-Site’s Director of Performance, a role focused on driving client success starting from initial product rollout. Maria’s reputation for client satisfaction is superb, and she brings a wealth of knowledge on “best practices” for integration and implementation. Over the last eight years, Maria has developed lasting partnerships with clients at Silicon Valley real estate and technology companies. She graduated from the University of San Francisco.

Also joining On-Site is Summer Palma. As marketing manager, Summer is responsible for raising On-Site’s visibility as a market innovator through a variety of channels that will resonate with customers. She also joins On-Site from PropertyBridge, where she led a national marketing team and played a key role in establishing the company’s presence. Summer’s focus is on creating fresh content for On-Site’s revamped website, organizing events and educational seminars in local markets and connecting with customers via social media. Graduated from Colorado State University, Summer has overseen market research, corporate messaging and lead generation efforts at several non-profit and financial services firms.
