Clients speak candidly about On-Site’s online leasing solutions and pave the way for product innovation
Sausalito, Calif. – The top provider of online leasing automation for the apartment business today reported the success of its second annual user conference and retreat. The event, held at the scenic Cavallo Point Resort under the Golden Gate Bridge north of San Francisco, was a win-win for both On-Site and its customers. Hosting dozens of apartment executives, the conference delivered the latest education on automated marketing and leasing technologies and discussed key challenges facing apartment owners and operators in 2012.
After two days of presentations and roundtable, the conference concluded with a keynote by Steve Lefkovits, a respected thought leader and consultant to multifamily operators. Attendees shared ideas, learned the latest ways that technology is boosting revenue and got a preview of On-Site’s product roadmap. The retreat kicked off with a team-building exercise of paddling outrigger canoes under the Golden Gate Bridge.
“Our primary objective in hosting our users is to learn what is most important to them,” said Jake Harrington, Chief Revenue Officer at On-Site. “I was pleased to hear from our clients that we have delivered on our pledge to build and support the best platform in the apartment industry. Our team was blown away by the wealth of great ideas that we collected over three days.”
