Apartment technology firm promotes industry veteran to accelerate growth
Campbell, Calif. – On-Site.com, the top provider of online leasing solutions for the apartment business, today announced the appointment of Lynn Musil to Vice President of Sales.
Since joining On-Site nine months ago, Musil has expanded his leadership to encompass the firm’s entire national sales team. As National Sales Manager, Musil built and reinforced key principles and executed strategies that have propelled On-Site to one of its largest increases in new business and total revenue in company history.

His appointment signals an increased focus on market expansion by On-Site while continuing to provide first-class service to current customers that have made On-Site’s success possible.
In the last few years, On-Site’s leasing platform has grown from a resident screening and document generation tool to an end-to-end leasing solution that moves the entire apartment leasing process online. Today its platform helps apartment managers drive and manage leads through community websites and content distribution, market availabilities on an interactive map, display a shopping cart for renters to qualify and pay for a unit, manage documents online including E-Sign and Cloud File™, and interface with dozens of other software applications. On-Site’s products are used to manage approximately 3 million units.

Prior to On-Site, Musil worked as a Vice President of Sales for CoreLogic SafeRent for a span of 13 years. Based in Southern California, he graduated from Colorado State University.
