Bea Acosta and Bill Diver deliver innovative leasing technologies to new markets

Beatrice AcostaCampbell, Calif. – Today, top leasing solutions provider, announced the addition of two veteran sales managers to its ever-expanding team: Beatrice Acosta and Bill Diver. Beatrice brings with her over nine years of experience as an account executive for CoreLogic SafeRent and will serve as a sales manager within On-Site’s evolving inside sales team. Bill comes to On-Site after having spent the last 15 years in trade show exhibit and business publishing sales. He will be responsible for growing On Site’s presence in the Florida multifamily housing market.

On-Site’s national sales manager Lynn Musil praised the two additions to the sales team, “Both Beatrice and Bill have proven track records of sales success. Beatrice has a long history within multi-family housing, a great deal of product knowledge, and deep relationships built on years of providing exceptional support to her clients. Bill has shown a lot of flexibility as a sales manager and performed extremely well in multiple industries. We are confident that he is a perfect fit for multifamily housing.”

Bill DiverAs an inside sales manager, Beatrice will be responsible for broadening outreach efforts and making it easier for multifamily operators throughout the country to learn about On‑Site and its product offerings. “For me, it’s like working for the Apple or Google of the multifamily industry—it’s a chance to be a part of something big,” Beatrice remarked. “Like Apple and Google, the focus at On-Site is clearly on the customer. In order to break into the Florida market, On-Site enlisted the help of an industry newcomer with the belief that he can bring a fresh approach to the new market. “On-Site is well established and admired throughout the country,” said Bill. “Property managers in Florida have heard great things about On-Site, but have not had a chance to hear the whole story. I look forward to sharing our story with them and demonstrating everything On-Site can do to streamline their leasing operation.”

Beatrice and Bill represent the latest in a new class of recent hires, which has expanded On-Site’s sales force 50% in 2012. This phenomenal growth figures largely into On‑Site’s recent efforts to expand its national footprint beyond its West Coast and New York stomping grounds. Lynn stated that “On-Site is getting a larger number of inquiries from property management companies, outside of our established sales regions, wanting to learn more about our exciting leasing solutions. It became necessary to expand our team to better facilitate those discussions and meet growing demand amongst consumers.”
