New at On-Site: Call Status Indicator

Release 12.7.0 includes a significant improvement to our lead management solution with the addition of a new call status indicator. Currently, incoming calls to your On-Site provided tracking number are automatically converted into guest cards. With the addition of the call status indicator, you’ll receive a popup at the moment that you receive the call, allowing you to click straight into the new guest card that was just created from the call.
