Jake co-founded On-Site in 1999 and has provided marketing, strategic and operational direction ever since. Jake was the first person to ask "What would happen if we applied Internet technology to the business of leasing?" and the rest is history. He also serves on the Board of the Housing Industry Foundation.
Monte leads our sales, account management and client service teams. He is also responsible for business development and strategic planning. With over 13 years working in the multifamily industry, Monte has a track record in leading motivated, results-driven teams.
On-Site co-founder Scott oversees the development of On-Site's award winning leasing platform. At the time of the company’s launch, Scott designed On-Site’s site architecture, including the company’s resident screening and patented document automation technology.
As an apartment owner and operator, co-founder Tom realized the connective power of the Internet could be combined with specialized software to deliver the immediate information and timesaving automation that the apartment management business sorely needed.
Eric drives On-Site's marketing strategy as we revolutionize the leasing experience for renters. He also guides the development of our Certified Documents program and sets the agenda for our compliance program and data products.
Mindy oversees On-Site’s nationwide sales team. A veteran sales and account manager, Mindy has been serving housing providers since 1998. Prior to her appointment to director of sales, Mindy served as the area sales manager for On-Site’s western region and director of sales.
