As of today, our guest cards now feature enhanced follow-up options that make it even easier to stay on top of your incoming leads.

Follow-up scheduling

To make sure your leads don’t get lost in the shuffle of the leasing office, every time you create or receive a new guest card a corresponding follow-up reminder is automatically scheduled.

All of your follow-up reminders appear under a new follow-up view on the guest card dashboard. From here you can get an at-a-glance overview of every lead you need to follow-up on.
