While it’d be great if renters could always submit their applications online, sometimes you just have to do things the old fashioned way. That means a leasing agent ends up logging into On-Site and types the application in on the renter’s behalf. In light of this, we’ve gone back to basics with this feature release and improved the manual application workflow.
The important thing to remember is that prior to this release, apartment holds were restricted to online applications. This release extends the apartment hold feature to manual applications.
