Announcing Patent No. 7,376,619

We knew we were onto something big when we created Rental Express, and now the U.S. Patent Office agrees!

Today they announced that On-Site has been awarded a patent for our unique technology.

Pop the champagne, and read all about United States Patent 7,376,619:

Method and system for rapid tenant screening, lease recommendation, and automatic conversion/transcription of data into lease documents

Congratulations to everyone involved... let's keep the innovations coming.

Our Price Anti-guarantee

I was working with our designer on the latest of our very popular promotional items, the annual calendar mousepad.

Our supplier apparently shares our views on quality versus low prices.

Quality is our main concern and we won't cut the corners required to offer the "cheapest price." Our prices are competitive and we are certain you will be pleased with our quality and service.

Our salesteam is always pressured on price, and it's always challenging when you're battling against the low-price leaders, but who wants to do business with Wal-Mart?

Mr. Texas wins an award!

Congratulations to Mr. Texas, Ian McIntosh, who is being honored by the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas at their Salute to the Stars luncheon on May 22.

Ian is our regional sales manager working out of Dallas. He is an active volunteer on many AAGD committees and is admired in Dallas and beyond, even though he has a silly accent.

Thanks for your leadership Ian!

Subprime soundbite

Think fast.

How can you sound both hip and sophisticated when commenting on the proposed government bailout of the mortgage crisis?

Blame the politicians. Blame the media. Using the terms "hangover" and "panacea".

And look smug. This "subprime soundbite" is from January's Units magazine.
